A Lafayette Summer Makerfest Workshop Program: Join us in building your brain by building and programming a working Arduino Rover.

This is a three day class (Monday-Wednesday) that meets in the library's Tech Lab from 10:15am to 12:15pm.

- Attendance to all three classes is required.
- Parents must sign a waiver / release before student can participate.
- A personal Laptop is required.

Participants should have some experience with computer programming and electronics. *Students will purchase all the parts needed ($35 Fee) to build and program their rover and will be able to take them home at the completion of class.

* A limited number of scholarships are available for students in need of financial support.

Local High School Student & Library Staff will hold a SCRATCH Games computer programming language camp Wednesday through Friday from 1pm to 3:00pm in the library technology lab.

Seating is limited to 12 workstations. 2 Siblings or Friends can collaborate and register for a single computer. Basic familiarity with use of a computer and mouse is recommended.
